Thanks for visiting my Sarah Stoski Celebrations blog – I’m so happy you’re here!
At work, I’m a corporate event planner in the financial/insurance industry. I plan big events, in large locations, like hotel ballrooms, and even a retired battleship! You can see photos from those locations below.
And, for the past couple of years, I’ve organized online events, which is an exciting new challenge! There are lots of moving parts, when you’re putting one of those events together, and participants from all around the world!
At home, where I relax and let my hair down, things are much different.
Instead of working with a giant space, and a big budget, we have a cozy apartment, and a much smaller budget. LOL! That doesn’t stop us though – we love to celebrate all things possible, to add joy to our everyday lives.
Of course, we make big plans for the major holidays, like Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Canada Day! There are decorations, special foods, family gatherings and sometimes, costumes!
We also celebrate other occasions, like birthdays, Christmas in July, back to school, graduations, Taco Tuesdays, and anything else we can think of!
